  • Create a 5-year strategy

  • Develop donor stewardship and corporate relationships

  • Re brand the charity. Working closely with a design company to create a new logo.

  • Implement new working parties within the charity.

  • Investigate new welfare support opportunities.

  • Liaise with the charity beneficiaries, supporters, donors and membership.

  • Raise the profile of the charity with existing and new corporate sponsors.

  • Create, organise and run a Charity dinner and auction event for 300 in central London.

  • Support an existing  international challenge event.

  • Create all invitations, auction and promotional literature.

  • Follow up post event, thank you and auction prize distribution.

  • Create a Major Donor database for the charity.
