Hello, I’m Liz. Welcome to my site.

I have progressed from working for national charities, to setting up Abbot's Consultants, a successful fundraising consultancy based in Herefordshire, where I have worked with smaller charities and Not for Profits, and project managed overseas fundraising projects. With an excellent reputation for developing and securing donations and sponsorship, including running bespoke events, and for positively raising the profile of clients via social media, press releases, radio and TV, I’m passionate about aligning a charity’s ethos with major donors or corporate sponsors with a natural affinity to the same cause. I channel my knowledge into strategies that enhance your charity and, in turn, positively effect fundraising growth. I’d be delighted to work alongside your team to enhance your fundraising capabilities, and that is where an independent fundraising consultant becomes an invaluable resource.

Adept at presenting to Board level to advise and influence strategic decision making, including Corporate Social Responsibility and Major Donor commitments, I have supported organisations across the UK and internationally, with clients in Washington DC, Bermuda and Zambia.

I’m an independent fundraising consultant who works directly with you; I listen to your project requirements and my support for you is tailored to your ambitions. I will work with you to ensure you get the best possible results to your timescale and never exceeding your budget.

Having worked on many projects of varying sizes over the years, using or creating new income streams, I have worked with small charities with two members of staff to large corporations with thousands of staff.
